This book is a tool and a set of guidelines for self-mastery. Dr. Singh has shared certain personal experiences are worth it alone. It will add immense value to whoever reads it. I personally found it very interesting to read and completed it in just two days. The chapter about the "Empathy Heroes throughout History" was my favorite amongst all.


In short, it's a good book that can be implemented by anyone in any sphere of life and is bound to make a guaranteed positive difference!
